2. Shopping Cart Terms
*   *Product Reservation:* Items added to the shopping cart are not automatically reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Product availability is subject to change until you complete the checkout process.
*   *Pricing:* Prices for items in the shopping cart are based on the price at the time of your checkout. We do not offer price protection in the event of price fluctuations.
*   *Order Submission:* Please verify the items again before submitting the order. Once the Buyer confirms the order, unjustified returns or exchanges are not permitted.

3. Pricing and Payment
*   All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and do not include taxes or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
*   Product prices are as specified on the Company's website or in the sales contract.
*   Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and electronic payment.
*   You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. All payments are subject to our payment conditions.

4. Shipping Policy
*   Delivery time and location shall be based on the order confirmation. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe but shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
*   Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
*   Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
*   *Delivery Scope:* Currently, our delivery service is limited to Hong Kong and Macau regions.
*   Order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the region. In special circumstances such as typhoons, shipping time may be delayed to 3 to 4 business days.
*   *Free Shipping:* Orders with a subtotal of HKD $1388 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping to SF pickup points / lockers [excluding specific products and promotions] / Orders of HKD $4000 or more qualify for free home delivery [excluding specific products and promotions].
*   *Shipping Tracking:* Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to check the delivery status anytime.
*   *Incorrect or Missing Items:* If incorrect items are shipped or items are missing due to our error, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

5. Return and Refund Policy
*   If a product has a quality issue, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 working days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
*   Returns require confirmation from the Company and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
*   *Refund Processing:* Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
*   *Return Shipping Costs:* If the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error, the return shipping cost will be borne by us. If the return is for other reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
*   *Non-Refundable Items:* Sale items, customized products, and used or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

*   We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
*   The Company has no partnership with any brands; all trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
*   In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

*   Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
*   Modify prices, content, promotions, product descriptions, specifications, or other information without prior notice (including after submission, confirmation, shipping, or receipt of an order).

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items (including after order submission and/or confirmation) and to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions and offers at any time without prior notice.
